About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Project Coordinator (Automotive) to support and drive automotive projects at client sites in Taiwan.
In this role, you will act as a key bridge between global engineering teams and local stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication, clear alignment, and successful project delivery.

What You’ll Do
Coordinate automotive projects and support daily project execution
Act as a communication bridge between clients and offshore engineering teams
Track project progress, issues, and action items to ensure on-time delivery
Facilitate meetings, document key discussions, and follow up on actions
Consolidate and communicate project requirements, status, and risks
Support project documentation (requirements, reports, presentations)
Proactively identify issues and support resolution with relevant stakeholders

Job Requirement
Who We’re Looking For
(Junior – 0–3 years)
Background in Engineering, IT, or related fields
Basic understanding of project workflows (Agile is a plus)
Strong willingness to learn and grow
Good communication skills and attention to detail
(Mid – 3–7 years)
Experience in project coordination / IT / engineering roles
Familiar with Agile/Scrum or project management practices
Able to coordinate across teams and handle project dynamics
Proactive in identifying and resolving issues
Required Skills
Proficiency in Mandarin and Vietnamese (required)
English proficiency is a plus
Strong communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills
Responsible, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
