Job Description
1. Responsible for managing overseas social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, TikTok, Telegram, etc.).
2. Develop and execute social media strategies (content planning, scheduling, and engagement) to maintain consistent exposure and community activity.
3. Analyze post performance and engagement metrics, and provide optimization recommendations.
4. Monitor trending topics and video/content trends across different regions, and create posts or short-form videos integrating the brand and game content.
5. Monitor community comments and player feedback, and respond promptly or escalate negative sentiment when necessary.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute overseas promotional campaigns (trade shows, KOL collaborations, interviews, etc.).
Job Requirement
1. Fluent in English (both spoken and written), with the ability to naturally write social media posts, respond to players, and edit subtitles for short videos.
2. Ability to communicate and read in Chinese.
3. Familiar with at least two major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, TikTok, Telegram, etc.).
4. Capable of content planning for both visual and video formats, and able to independently produce post plans or video scripts.
5. Basic data analysis skills, with the ability to derive insights from social media performance metrics.
